Arrest and Prosecute Donald Trump

Hold Mr. Trump accountable for inciting violence and spreading hatred.

It is against the law to "shout fire in a crowded theater" when there is no fire. Why? Because it causes panic, people can get seriously hurt running out of the theater and it sets a dangerous precedent to say things that are not true.

Donald Trump is doing all kinds if illegal acts by the things that he says. Yet, he is not prosecuted. For instance he said: "If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them," Trump said. "Just knock the hell ? I promise you, I'll pay the legal fees." This promotes violence and is dangerous rhetoric. He encouraged a violent act and should be prosecuted for it. In fact, he not only encouraged the act...he asked those to perform the act on his behalf. If I, for instance, were to state that "I didn't kill someone...I only hired someone to do it," I would still be just as guilty. Wouldn't I? So how is Trump not guilty of a violent act? He was the puppeteer who orchestrated it!

Another example is when he said: ?You know, it really doesn?t matter what the media write as long as you?ve got a young, and beautiful, piece of ass.? Not only is this completely unacceptable for a potential leader of the USA to say, it promotes the objectification of women, which in turn encourages violent acts such as rape. He is just as guilty as a fraternity brother holding down a woman while his friends rapes her. He is encouraging and allowing the act to take place by glorifying it.

Trump is also famous for saying the following: ?When Mexico sends its people, they?re not sending the best........They?re bringing drugs. They?re bring crime. They?re rapists? And some, I assume, are good people.? Again, his words encourage hatred and promote violence. Just as when he proposed banning all Muslims from entering our country. It's taken 15 years since 9/11 for the "haters" of the world to finally realize that 9/11 didn't happen because of Muslims...it happened because of extremists who had been radicalized. And in one declaration from Trump that we should ban all Muslims, he is impeding the progress we are making as a nation of inclusiveness. He is just as guilty as those who start riots in the streets...only he is doing so from a stage, on television, in a million dollar suit, under the guise that he is a no nonsense candidate who only speaks the truth. Anyone who speaks the truth should do so responsibly...what Trump does is spew hate and look for applause.

There are many other statements Trump has made which are not only disturbing, but that appeal to uneducated, mentally ill, or desperate people who need something/someone to cling to because their lives are less than ideal. They cling to Trump, like marginalized people cling to ISIS...which is dangerous.

One last example. If I were to "threaten" to punch someone, I would most probably be arrested. At the very least, it could cause the person whom I threatened to lash out and punch me. Donald Trump is saying all kinds of thi
