Arizona Department of Child Safety violating rights and policy
Childern need to be put first not the money or bonuses
The Arizona Department of Child Safety need to start thinking of the children's best interest before they make certain choices. The innocent children deserve to be treated with respect and support to make them feel comfortable and loved.
I have had a DCS case open for almost 2yrs now and it was from a call 2yrs prior to them removing my childern from my home I have 6 children and they r not being treat with the respect they deserve. I have completed service for the department 3 times never had now positive drug test until just recently when i was about to stop fighting because all i have heard from the department has been lies upon lies I went threw a time just recently that I relapsed and my first dirty drug test they took my case straight to severance and adoption I go to trial in sept. The department has violated all my rights and also my children rights I have been threw 14 case workers I have documentation proof showing my rights have been violated. Something needs to be done and changed the department is suppose to do everything in there power to keep families together not tear and keep them apart. The children are our children not the departments.
