Animal Abuse Registration
We the people want an Animal Abuse resignation system implemented so that anyone convicted of animal can never own or live under the same roof as an animal again.
There is substantial evidence that people who abuse animals will also commit crimes against humanity; beyond that, it is our responsibility to protect beings that cannot protect themselves. Therefore, we the people ask that an animal abuse registration system be implemented to track all people convicted of animal abuse for the safety and security of animals, our communities and children. Furthermore, anyone who is convicted of animal abuse will never be able to own or live under the same roof as an animal again or else they will be convicted with felony charges.
