An official day for blasting music
This would be a national holiday specifically for blasting music.
I believe that people in America aren't having enough fun, and this holiday would definitely change that. Imagine a day, when wherever you went there would be music being blasted everywhere! Every style, every nationality would be involved in the great blasting music day.
