Americans Against Protests at Military Funerals

We need to increase the buffer zone around fallen military member funerals, our military men and women have made the ultimate sacrifice. We should honor them with a 500 yard buffer zone at their funerals from protestors.

Dear Congress,

The problem us Americans have is with protestors being allowed to protest military funerals. My fellow brothers and sisters in arms, protect the constitution and amendments these cowards hide behind. We are asking you as our elected officials to increase the buffer zone around military funerals to 500 yards. And also to have a ?quiet time? of one hour before the ceremony and one hour after. Our fallen heroes have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation?s freedom; they gave their lives for what we have today. For us to stand by and let their families suffer at the hands of protestors at their funerals is despicable. I do not care if they protest against our military or our great nation. But for protestors to show up at a fallen military member funeral is horrible. We are asking to increase the buffer zone around military funerals to 500 yards. Remember the freedom which we have is not free. It is paid for with blood, the blood of our fallen military men and women. Make a stand for what is right, and keep protestors away from our fallen heroes.
