Amendment to ISAA
End smoking in apartment complexes.
Current ISAA act is erred in numerous ways:
°A individual smoking may lie easily & say *they were in their respective apartment *(putting a reporteé in jeoporady in reputation & retaliation)!
°Walls do not prevent smoke.

°Impractical nuance if a landowner we're to responsibly monitor their property.
