Alternative First Step in Health Care
Provide immediate organized Health Care Clinics; we have already been picking up the tab inefficiently.
I do not wish to oversimplify such a big issue but the real problem is not necessarily an insurance issue; it is health care.
One of five people in our emergency rooms are there because they have no place to go for primary care. They still must be treated and today we already absorb that cost. The real fix starts here. Each hospital should have a subsidized clinic where people can go whether they are insured or not. This would make our ERs more efficient, provide care for everyone and leave what was not broken, alone. It is a much better First Step then upsetting the nation?s health care providers and sending them into a panic.. I wish that you please consider this carefully. Thank You.
