Allow Prayer Back In Schools
As a country, we are moving farther and farther away from the principles and values in which this great country was founded and established upon.
We must remember what has made us such a strong country... it started with PRAYER! As our students start each day with the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag, we should also start each day with a quick word of PRAYER!
It is in GOD we trust! What better way to recognize that than to communicate with God and express our appreciation and petition prayer back in schools.
If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
It just makes sense to pray and intercede daily on behalf of those in authority; our President and his council/ staff, every elected official, our Armed Forces/ Military, Schools and Educators, Health and Safety Personnel (Police, Fire, EMT, etc) and our worldwide Family.
I understand there are many religious groups in schools. I simply want to ensure time is set aside for students and staff to have the right to pray to the God in which they serve, without having any consequences.
