Including judges and other entities NCIS fbi atf courts in usa va officials. USA did not declare war on Russia, usa are terrorists arming and non usa ally and are trespassers. We see this in WWll and vietnam and Afghanistan Kuwait and Iraq .Ukraine. VA is conspirators to deny constitutional rights. Congressxand senate and president are criminally voolateing well established law ,they can not use taxpayer funds to baby a former Russian country in Russian territory.
