Corrupt DSS in N.C.
First I'll start by saying I am so disgusted with my county. My children are not safe in there hands. My children have a home they are loved and taken care of. My mother has passed the kinship assessment required by my state. My children are still not allowed to be in her home, with no real reason as to why. My DSS worker Jessica Pinson forces my daughter to do therapy she is not ready for. Because of this she now throws fits in therapy so the therapist suggested she be moved again. My girls have been moved 5 times now because Stokes Co DSS will not put them in my mothers home. I am supposed to get daily calls. I barely get once a week. In my county as long as we have a safe and sober care taker I have been told by 2 different case workers [Mary Frances Pulliam, Caroline Feilds] it does not matter what we do when our children are not around. Every single time a worker came to my home I was not alone with my kids. I had a safe and sober care taker. The day I was drug tested my son was with his father, my daughter was in school, my youngest was with my mother. I was not alone with my kids and they still removed them from my home. This is just some of what Stokes Co DSS Marsha Marshall and Jessica Pinson are putting me and my children through.
