Stop Hot Car Deaths

I would like you to support stopping hot car deaths! People who leave kids/pets in hot cars SHOULD FACE CONSEQUENCES! If the child/pet lives, parents SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THE CHILD/PET. If the child/pet dies, there SHOULD BE JAILTIME for the parent. There SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES either way!
