Adequite Shelter Needs To Be Enforced For Outside Animals
No dog should ever have to suffer.. EVER
Dear Congress,
All across the nation dogs are either being left chained outside or in a kennel with no covered protection to guard them from the elements. They are left to freeze to death or die from a heat stroke. This law needs to be enforced in each city across America.
This irresponsibility leads to so many other bad situations from these individuals. If they don't care about this then what else do they not care about. I consider them criminals. It is not right and I consider it murder because they know this dog is out there freezing or having a heat stroke and do not even care.
My request is that harsher charges be brought up against these people who display such irresponsible acts. Also my request would be for the charge to be a felony.
