GPS for Repeat Offenders
I would like you to support implanting some kind of GPS tracking chip into repeat offenders so that, if they escape house arrest for the second or third time, it would be much easier for police to track them down, quickly! Criminals can easily take ankle monitors off and the risk of the criminals getting lost is huge! That is why I think that a GPS implant would be beneficial to law enforcement! Thank you!
