CPS IN WV
In the state of WV CPS is removing children from a lot of homes with absolutely no reason! When the parent is given an improvement period and parenting classes; and doing everything in their power to get their child back! Then the judge is in an awful mood when my brother went to court; so their rights to their son were terminated!! My brother Donald Ray Evan II was doing his improvement period! He was cleaning up and hauling away trash the best he could not working after a hunting accident that took several months to recover from! In that time I helped him out with a vehicle, money to haul trash off, and to catch utility bills up with!
He was staying in my home healing and using my phone to have internet access to do parenting classes thru messenger! He would have Drs appts in Bridgeport, WV in the morning and visitation with his son in Romney, WV that afternoon! I would drive him from Bridgeport all the way to Romney for his visits!
There were never any drugs charges of any kind filed against my brother!
