Abrogate Guardian Ad Litem\'s from family court cases
Children are loosing their childhood because of unaccountable "professionals", Guardian Ad Litem's
Abrogate: To abolish by formal or authoritative action; to annul or repeal (Black's Law Dictionary, 3rd edition).
This definition is exactly what needs to happen to the Guardian ad litem organization within the family law category.
These "professionals" who have no accountability needs to stop. There are real children, families, and loved ones are being hurt by; hearsay, dug up untruths, and no fact-finding. At what point will this state take the lives of children seriously?
This petition should be in recognition of those children whose lives were buried, scorned, and also completely ruined due to a guardian ad litem who had their needs above the child's.
Within the scope of Divorce litigation children are many times caught in the middle. One parent fighting for the child out of love another fighting for another reason that would only benefit them. There are and have been compelling arguments for reasons to abolish this organization. Please see children as more than a pawn - they are little human beings that will one day be in charge of us. We want to love, care, nurture, and protect. Please help in the cause and listen to those parents out their asking and questioning certain practices by these "professionals". We can only enlighten ourselves if we turn on the lights.
