Abolishment of "At-Will" (Slavery) employment law
The 1865 Thirteenth Amendment did not abolished slavery in th U.S.
I, Tony L. Kelly, on May 10, 2007, was wrongfully/illegally terminated (for no reason) by employer Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., under Georgia's unjust "At-Will", OCGA 34-7-1, "Master and Servant" Jim Crow Slavery Law. October 4, 2010, and November 15, 2010, the Supreme Court of the United States protected Old Dominion and its Counsel by twice refusing to hear my case (#09-1547),thus, upholding the courts below rulings, and ultimately supporting and propagating slavery in the United States.
