Abolish law against air killing and hibernation hunting

As the law for Alaska to hunt during hibernation season as well as hunt from the air for trophy animals I'm inhumane as well dangerous killing during hibernation in their homes Wil starve the cubs as after a period of time cause certainnbreeds to become endangered as well as extinct.
