ABOLISH THE EPA
STOP REGULATION OVERREACH FROM DEPARTMENTS ENFORCING IDEOLOGICAL POSITIONS NOT BASED IN SCIENCE
Where as the Environment Protection Agency has usurped its power and over-reach, imposing regulatory demands of private citizens and both private and public company's with no scientific basis evidence, and based on ideological beliefs, and we the people hereby demand of the POTUS and Congress to immediately eliminate the Department of the Environmental Protection Agency. Every regulation issued by the EPA will effectively and simultaneously be repealed. Every employee shall be immediately terminated. A new Environmental Agency acting in a capacity of an Advisory Board only, with no regulatory power, will be established, and cannot employee any person previously employee by the former EPA Department. The new Environmental Protection Advisory Council's (EPAC) primary function will be to oversee and report to the American People, President and Congress any Environmental Concerns. The new EPAC will be constitutionally prohibited from issuing or policing any regulation or law, both at the State or National Level. EPAC reporting will be 100% open and transparent through news briefings held publicly at a minimum of 1 time per month. Congress shall be solely responsible for enacting Law on behalf of the American People for the purposes of any Environmental Concerns approved by we the people only after it has been voted upon by ballot through any general primary election, or special election as requested by the House of Representatives. The EPAC will be directed by an official(s) duly appointed by the President of the United States whose Agency Chairperson is to be a member of the Presidents Opposing Political Party.
