We who agree that this country has seen many ups and downs, believe that there is a very special person in the White House. We have seen unprecedented progress Internationally and domestically. That there has been an uplifting of spirits after such tragic times. From the most tragic attack ever on American soil to one of the worst financial crisis in history.

the 22nd Amendment states, No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

We wish to change this;

That after two terms, The president can and will by vote of the American Public be allowed by a single vote that he/she would be allowed to serve a third term without campaign or electoral college. That the American voter should allow who they believe if majority rules to continue serving as a productive, for the people, popularity and favored holder of the oval office. Therefor to ensure the trusted productive continuation of valued laws and achievements thus said to adhere.

I know this may be a long shot, but I call on congress and the White House to vote via applicable petition that President Barack Obama be allowed along with future serving presidents a chance if the country votes to serve a third term to achieve solidarity in a compact and confined double term, a total of twelve years that the people may have solidarity. By vote with highly controlled yes or no with no other officials or unofficial candidates eligible. Standalone the incumbent shall be given the opportunity then given the choice to accept.
