To the Representatives of Congress
Just seven weeks into 2018, there have been eight shootings at US schools that have resulted in injury and even death.
Eight in 7 weeks. Eight is far too many to have in a year, let alone less than two months.
How many more children have to die, become innocent victims of gun violence before we act? The choice is ours.
This is a petition to end the ban on gun violence research that would help stop gun violence before it begins, together and only together can we stop this pattern before more lives are lost.
