A gag order is not speaking bad about your opponent.
If during the O.J. Simpson trial a gag order was put on anyone that spoke bad about Marsha Clark and Mark Furman then O.J. Simpson would of been convicted. A gag order order would have intimidated witnesses coming forward to say Mark Furman was a racist cop who planted evidence a bloody glove.. I think it took a lot of courage for a white woman to non anonymously come out a prove that Mark Furman was a racist and Marsha Clark thought it was alright till everyone found out. Because a witness came forward and F Lee Bailey proved that. Johnny Cochran said Marsha Clark thought it was cool. Hypocrisy and evil con artist Marsha Clark got caught ,so all us dumb people could understand. That was the 'game changer' that was a result of a audit that should of been on tape. That's why the 1st amendment can not be infringed and this is a problem that will not succeed on appeal. Because a woman and a man that should not be on the bench. The constitution is the Bible, slavery was a hypocritical lie by the people who wrote it. I live by valley forge, pa this is the proving grounds of the constitution . It's polluted with racism ,it does not say anything about the 14th amendment hypocritical talk. Witnesses must have a obligation to duty,not self serving selfishness. That witness stood alone against a corrupt police and prosecutor. Gag orders intimidate witnesses coming forward the judges violated the gag order with black mail. Separation is appropriate at this time . The judge should go to rehabilitation and portion and be fired with no benefits. No pension. That's artistict.The court should be fumigation, and liquidated and auctioned off the judge as a homeless.
