A Fresh Start for Felons after 10 years
I writing this petition in the hopes of getting men and women who in there life had made a mistake . I believe that everyone deserves a second opportunity to prove themselves and what type of person they are. If someone made a mistake 10,20or even 30 plus years ago. I don’t believe they should live with a label of a felon if they have demonstrated that they can be a model citizen to society. A lot of Americans struggle with trying to find a decent job, housing and even schooling with having the label felon on them.
If someone has been without a new felon arrest or conviction for 10 years or longer period of time . They should have the opportunity to have there past removed from the record providing that continue to demonstrate positive change in their actions.
Please find it your hearts to review this petition. Everyone is this country has in one time did something that they are ashamed of and regret there actions from that moment.
