A change for our children
Tired of not being able to visit with your child (ren) let's change that
I believe that here in Texas the law states that children are best in the possession of their mothers. I do not believe that nor have I seen anything proving this thought. Every case is definitely different but do the courts take the time to research both parents to seek whom is best fit for the children. Woman across Texas have taken children from father's who can be the better parent out of spite. A lot of the mothers know they don't need to work they'll simply get assistance and child support. I know many men including my fiancé who is clearly the parent who has his children at heart and they come first but no office I have written to can "enforce" visitation orders. I say that's horrible and then people judge the father's for giving up. Something needs to change, too many of our children are being abused, molested and worst killed by mother's boyfriends or new husbands. Children today have lost the concept of respecting elders and authority. I know there are mother's out there who do do right for their children but the ones who don't need to be responsible enough to allow the children be in a loving home. And let's
