A call to abolish both the NFA and the ATF
The second amendment is the most infringed upon of them all in the modern day. The biggest culprits of said infringement are the ATF and the NFA. While yes, they are at least trying, they are overstepping into territory that is both unconstitutional and in violation of Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy against Rights. In the aforementioned legislature, it states “This statute makes it unlawful for two or more people” (which the ATF is as an organization) “to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person… in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution “ which the ATF regularly violates. Not to mention, it is the law abiding citizens that are the ones being punished/oppressed because criminals can/will get guns regardless of the laws. It’s time to end the ATF. Please sign and at the very least, get this to congress.
