65% of time for non violence offenders!Virginia is in need of a change!
Virginia needs a change! Non violent offenders spend 85% of time while others spend 65%!! It's an awful thing people who kill, rape, molest and etc get to spend 65% and other people who simply need a rehabilitation program have to serve 85%! Fight for the change and then we can be the change that makes a difference!! Please help support the much needed change to the state of Virginia!!!
