Greetings: my name is Joseph Lopez Fed. Reg. No. 53147-060 Case No.1:98cr356-002 Cleveland, Ohio. My case went to trial. I was found guilty with perjured testimony. See T.T.
The key witness was selling drugs while cooperating without informing the government. The witness said he received from Lopez 10 kilograms of cocaine on his own with no body to corroborated and no police supervision. This is illegal. This is against the constitution. You have the right to a fair and impartial trial. Which not happened in this case. This case should be investigated for abuse of power. They abusing their power, denied everything I filed to the courts. In my 2255 motion, I filed an attachment 145 pages that were rejected because explained every lied, every error, and every mistake that denied mi constitutional rights. Mr. president, Congress people, people of the house. I hope you can help me please. By opening an investigation to stop to continue cruel and unusual punishment against citizens of America.
