As the future president of One Nation Under God,
In the United States, the legal right of admitting additional states is defined in the Constitution.
I, Alexander Cosmosnaire, the future president, peacefully petition for the assistance of Congress, who are now the highest preservers of free will, for the consensual establishment and the peaceful creation of the 51st state of the Kingdom of God.
Congress's support for this state alone will establish a more perfect union, maintain the religious and universal trajectory of liberty, historically remove all forms of enslavement, and integrate the final brick needed to secure the eternal safety of the ONE NATION UNDER GOD, rather on Earth or other planets in the hereafter FOREVER.
