2nd chances for non violent offenders

My husband has been incarcerated for 6 years now he was sentenced to 144 months in prison for drug trafficking I feel as though he has paid his debt to society & he derserves a second chance to start over he is a non violent offender passing this Law is very important to me & our family it would be beneficial for all non violent offenders for this law to be passed.
