25th Amendment Section 4
The 25th Amendment Section 4 provides that Congress may authorize "such other body as Congress may by law provide" to determine "that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office". We propose that Congress establish that other body as "the five (5) most senior members of the House of Representatives from the President's political party and the five (5) most senior members of the Senate from the President's political party".
