Every year, the Department of State draws a Green Card Lottery for people all around the world to win one of 55,000 Green Cards to live and work in the United States of America.
Entrants could check their winning status on since May 1st 2011.
22,000 Entrants were selected to further process for applying the Green Card. Those people won in the Green Card Lottery.
On May 13th, 2011, the Department of State announced at www.dvlottery.state.gov, that the Lottery is void and will be redrawn again. It was claimed that a computer glitch selected 90% of all entrants of the first 2 days of lottery sign up. Those people will now have to hope again to win a second time this year, which will not likely happen for all of them.
If you are one of the 22,000 Entrants, please sign this Petition so the US congress The white house and Goverment can do something about it.
Please also sign, if you think those 22,000 Entrants should be selected for further processing and the new draw entrants should be added to those 22,000 entrants.
