This bill and its companion HR 4122 are the most important bills ever introduced into congress to protect tigers from abuse and ultimately to give them a chance of surviving in the wild. It is bipartisan and barely just in time to save big cats from extinction.
(This bill failed to be passed during the two-year Congress in which it was introduced.)
