I want the SAFE ACT to pass to keep our food supply safe. Also we need to keep our horse slaughter plants closed permanently, help Canada to close their own and Mexico. Then we need to focus on reducing the horse population thru HUMANE ways. There are options and they will be less costly than all of this that goes into the horse slaugher process.
