This bill undermines diversity of the US population and benefits Indian and Chinese citizens at the expense of other countries. Many professional immigrants that play bu the rules will be put in limbo. I oppose.

I have been waiting for long time in "my" line. HR3012 tries put lots of people from other lines in front of me. Simply put, HR3012 hurts some people as a result making others happy - HR3012 pretends to be a good fair bill but to me, it lacks morality.

Oppose HR3012. Unfair to the American public and the rest of the world except India and China. Let others know. They won't dare to vote this bill before the elections.

The lack of judicial oversight in the H-1B amendment attached to this bill would turn the US into a Banana Republic where the executive can do whatever it wants. Not having judicial oversight may be unconstitutional.

This bill is not for Fairness but for discrimination and not a remedy neither a relief. If this bill is passed. In the first year, 85% green cards goes to the applicants from India and china. The next year, 90% and the next year, 90% and then no limits. How many percentages of green cards should go to the applicants from India and china for "The Fairness in this bill"? People from India and china are already majorities in the immigration world and this bill is nothing but just discrimination to the people from "Rest of the world".
