Tax payers that I've talked to don't even know the government is rounding the wild ones up, let alone selling them to slaughter! What this fraud amounts to is money laundering with Wild horses and contractor's,rancher's and BLM employee's sharing in this crime and getting away with it. The IRS should be involved with this since the rancher's involved received tax subsidies in addition to boarding cost's for keep wild horses on their property but sent them to slaughter and forged documents and changed information.REPORT COMMENTS
