It's due time the Dept. of Defense holds accountable the behavior of the troops, so that their actions DON'T HUMILIATE our Country! With their inhumane actions, they are encouraging more animal abuse crimes here in this country, which we already are dealing with ENOUGH horrid crimes being afflicted to animals without the perpetrator receiving any SEVERE punishments for their heinous crimes! The Dept. of Defense should not be exempt from allowing cruelty to animals. It is illegal for the civilians and it should be so for them as well. My taxes may not be exorbitant but what I do contribute I do not want to go towards the torture and deaths of animals. The military should show compassion. The rest of world has watched in horror as American troops have raised their flag on Iraqi soil as if they were conquerers and indeed they are: they have humiliated a proud nation, created an outrageous fabrication of terrorism and weapons of mass destruction that has mobilised the support of an arrogant and ignorant people, for the sake of stripping a foreign country of its natural wealth and resources. This is how America steals other people's oil and does not even try to hide it BUT to allow its servicemen to humiliate innocent civilians on camera, murder children, rape women, torture dogs, set booby traps on the streets for the specific maiming of children and animals, throw puppies off cliffs, beat sheep to death all the while laughing and jeering like they are mentally disturbed patients let out to play for the day...is a total disgrace. For a nation that was the light of the world and gave us so much for the first 50 years of the 20th Century, America has sunk so low as to provoke the question. Exactly WHO are the terrorists???
