End child support from Good hard working father's

I believe any parents who CAN provide a child Needs;medical care, shelter, transportation, clothing, foods, love physical and emotion, college funding etc. Shall not pay child support. Reasons all the above cost money. In fairness child support should ONLY apply to dead beat parents. It will motivate them to get a Job. Help with economic growth. Let Go Red & Blue.
