In the state of Washington CPS officials unlawfully conduct interrogations in home after repeated threats to bring police (illegal) and remove children immediately. CPS OFFICIALS MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON PERSONAL FEELINGS & LIKES OR DISLIKES OF PARENT! CPS FORCES SIGNING OF PAPERS ALLOWING FURTHER INVOLVMENT WITH CPS AFTER 45 DAY LIMIT INSTEAD OF CLOSING CASE THEY LIE TRICKING THE PARENT WHO HAS NOT BEEN TOLD OF 45 DAY TIME LIMIT. CPS WILL CONTACT FAMILY AND ADVISE THEM TO SUE PARENT FOR CUSTODY because THE STATE IS NO LONGER ALLOWING PARENT TO KEEP KIDS. CPS WILL LIE ON PAPERS BACKING THE RELATIVE INSTRUCTED TO TAKE CHILDREN. RESTRAING ORDERS ON PARENT WHO HAS FOR 16 YES CARED FOR CHILDREN 28TH NO CPS INVOLMENT. I have seen my children maybe 10 times in a year the first 4 months not at all. CPS stole my children and I wasn't allowed a court appointed attorney the way they did it. Christmas break I allowed my girls to visit FAMILY for 1st week of break. Dec17,15. I never got them back CPS INSTRUCTED my sister to claim I abandoned my kids I was living with a sex offender doing drugs. And CPS INSTRUCTED the commissioner in court that I was to be denied no matter what. Jurisdiction issues were ignored. CPS used my sister because they had no legal right or reason to remove my children.. GOD COMPLEX runs rampant in these agency that are not receiving funding for paychecks. CPS only has a funding grant for adoption programs. So they are making the issues up and removing children to be adopted guaranteeing the paychecks from adoption fund. A worker receives a 2000$ bonus per child removed and when places and adopted same worker and CPS agency receive another 6000$.. This is unjust.. I am a CITIZEN OF UNITED STATE'S OF AMERICA WITH THE BILL OF RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTION MY PROTECTION AGAINST THE TYRRANY OF A SOVIEREN RULER. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RAISE MY CHILDREN WITHOUT FEAR OF INTERFERENCE OR PROSECUTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT!!. Key word GOVERN..MENT.. GET IT PEOPLE THEY ARE TO GOVERN NOT RULE!!!! Stand up put these power hungry corrupt evil Demon's back in their place.. Doing the job they were meant to do PROTECT FELLOW AMERICANS FROM INJUSTICE BY ENFORCING THE CONSTITUTION NOT ONLY ON NON~GOVERNMENT PEOPLE BUT ALSO ON OUR GOVERNMENT. They have made claims against me that they can not prove. They have insinuated that my daughters drinking is my fault. That I would not protect my granddaughter if needed. They told me from the first day that they were going to take away my granddaughter and adopt her out. They continuously tell me I have no rights as a grandparent. They do not have to inform me. Visitation is conditional.. When she whispers in my ear to take her home or cries when we drive her back to the foster home we are suppose to pretend that this is normal. They have proceeded to take away my precious grandchild for the purpose of adopting her out to another family. Have hired an attorney. Whom also has told me I have no rights but will fight for me... I pray that the incoming President puts a choke hold on their corruption so that the needy children that really need the CPS services can have a better chance of getting it. Enough. Family Courts are protecting CPS wrongful Decisions because of the outrageous money their County and State brings in as Revenue from Washington D.C. For every dollar CPS spends, they get back 3 dollars from Washington. It's become so lucrative that states are balancing their budgets off of legalized kidnapping by CPS. This MUST end. My daughter was hit and choked during visitation with her father, by him. The court accused me a parental alienation when she refused to go back because he hit and choked her. They refused to view evidence, then transferred it to another court. The next court refused to view evidence too. Now she's ordered to go see him again starting Monday, even though professionals stated she is having trauma symptoms. Children's rights to personal safety are not considered as important to parent's rights to abuse, in these court systems of Virginia. My neice and nephew, ages 6 and 7 have been in Foster Care since March 2014, with promise of reunification with parents. During this entire time other family members have tried to be involved, indicating their desire to do so, the agency has ignored, and even told the family they didn't want them involved, and finally put these children on a plan for adoption with the foster family, claiming they have been in the system for such a long time. The family has tried over and over, sending letters everywhere. One sent to the Gov. of Pa. in 2015 got some attention which began (grudgefully) visitation with the paternal grandmother. The agency has stated in all court proceedings that kinship letters sent out were not responded to, when in fact, after their own investigation,it was determined that no letters were sent out prior to Nov. 2015, after the family contacted several different offices. The law clearly states that these letters must be sent, and documented before court proceedings can be carried out, and also states that the courts must have documentation of such letters before proceeding, and yet, there have been seveal permancy hearings in this case, all of which state that this was done. Why does the laws in this country only apply to some people, not all.?REPORT COMMENTS

My husband and i had got involved with cps in March of 2016 and we have been involved for almost a year now. Our attorneys refused to let us take our case to trial when we had and still have doctors and wic that want to testify AND video footage of what had happened to our daughter when she was 3 month old at the time. CPS has gone off of my husbands past from before we were ever together, had us do a one time UA and said if they come back clean than no further testing will need to be done, yet they had my husband on random 30 day UA and his test came out clean. They have us dong mental health for NO reson. Cps states that my depression is in the way of my parenting when it is not. We have 4 children 4, 2, 1 and 3 months. Initially the case was over our 1 year old when she was 3 months old at the time. She had a fractured femur and the hospital said most of the time it is intentional and that is was 2-3 weeks old. We had done research and if that was the case her fracture woyld have been healed and wic and the doctors would have called cps because she was seen by 2 doctors and wic the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday prior to her accident. Our daughter showed no signs of pain so we didnt think about taking her to the ER. We had to check to make sure she was still breathing because she didnt make a sound. 3 days later she was favoring her leg and was crying so we had taken her in. We were there for hours and it was passed our 2 oldests bed times so we had their grand parents take thwm home to their house and put them to bed. The hospial (Sacred Heart) had called the police and cps. They came and questioned us and then kicked us out of our daughters hospital room around 10:30 pm, maybe later. Then the police officer asked where our boys were and offered to give us a ride to my husbands parents house, they ended up taking our boys and said it was neglectful that we left them in my mother in laws care because she had previous cps history.. 16 years ago. We were supposed to be investigated within 72 hours and that didnt happen. They decided to just do a shelter care hearing and placed all our children in foster home. Our daughter was supposed to have a follow up 10 days after being discheged from the hospital and that didnt happen. We had a parenting assesment a month later and the assesor ordered the kids to be placed in home because they showed no signs of being scaredof us, no signs of anxiety and they were real calm. We had mentioned to our case worker that we were going to move out and she gave us some resources to try out so we did. Then social worker filed a motion of removal bu the judge denied because they can not take children due to homelessness and financial issues. Well 2 weeks later we went to court again and they ended up taking the kids because we were homsless. As our children were romoved our oldest had gotten a broken collar bone and came to visits with bruises all the time. The foster parents andoursocial worker were close close friends. Well they had been removed frkm that foster home , coupke weeks later i hadour4th baby and cps hadtold us sheis not going to take her... Well she ended up taking ourdaughter fdom the hospital. The nect day. I was breast fedding and she took that away from me. Our social worker had sent us a findings letter in April of 2016 and then she had altered it in July of 2016. We had appealed it and still have not heard anything about it. Now 9 monthslater our judge will be ordering supervised in home visits, 3-4 weeks later it will be monitored in home visits than we will be transitioning home. CPS breaks our 4th and 14th ammendments all the time and our attorneys tell us wehave NO rights in cps aka family law. Also our attorneys had tricked us in to signing a dependency and instead told us it was a respite. I have way way more to say but too much to type.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS and others are so understaffed, under educated, they work long hours and sometime use their own money for things. Seems to me the state needs to create an incentive and pay raises to get and maintain good employees. Training and reform in the way they investigate families and have a ten point system as to how to bring families back together if possible. State should thoroughly investigate foster families, so many time children are placed with people that are just looking for a check and the children suffer.REPORT COMMENTS

DCFS threatens my wife day after emergency c section. she was on pain management with three other births and no problems then the laws change and she is an opiate addict and going to treatment or dcfs is taking the baby.and the baby is a drug baby that's having trouble breathing and is put on medication after three day without it and somebody forgot to tell them it was mu cal cord around the neck.She was still on the pca machine for pain when they came in and they got mad and used it against us because it took to long to wake up.I think we were tired. then down the road they took my other six. we have had not been considered human or worth any right's being any thing we say gets nothing.One case worker stated she dint like opiate users and she wanted to take all the children. when the other six were taken he worker came out the next day and say's we cant compete with the love in your family we have to bring them back so sign this confession and we will bring them home not a chance. judge say's you cant beat cps.i can adopt out all your children"they only had one at the time" do you realy want get into a ****ing mach with dcfs,can i speak"NO".DCFS say's your wife needs to leave the home to bring them back,this one's great Will you get a drug evaluation and fallow the recommendation? yes. and they don't accept because there are some words they wanted that are missing and there is no drug issues.She was also removed from pain management with no taper off just cold turkey and that could have killed her.They were even trying to make her a meth addict.Some one needs to do SOMETHING.REPORT COMMENTS

My exes wife has too much power. My ex gave it to her but in return I lost my daughter. He also abandoned the older two kids (one was 21 and the other 17 at the time). This woman ruined what relationship me and my ex had for the nine years we had been divorced. Take signed IEP papers (legal state documents) as if she were the mom. Nothing was done. The school had no idea I was the bio mom! My ex and his wife red-flagged me at the school while our daughter was still a minor with lies. When the school attorney read the legal paperwork I was permitted to my daughter's school file. When I read what they'd given the school it was all lies and mostly hand written! They are telling everyone they had full custody and I was not to have contact with my daughter. All lies! We had joint custody! I took that school file to my daughter's therapist and showed her what they had written. She said she never said that. Nothing was done at any level. Not for lack of trying!! Legally!! They moved twice without notification until after they moved. Legally was supposed to have 30 day notice with address. The first time they moved my kids went over to their dads house bc he wasn't answering the phone. It was empty! That's how we knew they moved. Mortified my kids. People that are allowed to behave this way have no business calling themselves parents to any age child! My daughter isn't allowed (and now brainwashed to believe all they say) to be in contact with anyone I am in contact with nor my family either. They will not tell me where she is going to college. They withheld info they were told to give me while she was a minor and nothing happened. I found out she had her wisdom teeth pulled after the fact, their house has cameras inside and out (this is how they old house was) and they say I'm stalking if I send cards, gifts, say happy bday, merry Christmas, etc. or it's harassment. E have been erased from her life as she has been from ours. My ex was bad before this woman but she pushed it over the edge. I was never turned away at his house and I saw the kids all the time. Then she comes along and decides what she wants and she gets it. The law allowed it and we just have to deal with it. I have talked to the dr Phil show and working on that. What do I have to lose? This psychological kidnapping is already against the law as it's stated under Oklahoma child abuse as "mental injury ". Isn't that what is talking about?? It also mentions abandonment and nothing happened there either. What an injustice to my kids!!!! It's sad that all we can do is pray and the court do nothing. Especially with all the proof I have. Emails, phone conversations, legal documents, witnesses, etc. The ones that pay is the kids. My older kids miss their sister they haven't seen in four years. They kind of speak to their dad but usually through the wife. This is so cruel and demeaning to so many people. My dad was going to take them to court but Oklahoma doesn't have grandparents rights. The cps system is sick and twisted. Who are they to tell anyone how to raise their kids? They are out of control! Stealing baby's like the boogyman himself for a shiney penny. What they don't seem to understand is they're wasting valuable time and taxpayers money on families that aren't in need of their services and failing the families that do need the help. Their warped thinking literally makes me sick. People need to learn how to mind their own business. They took my baby's based off false accusations. I recently just had a baby and they restricted me from seeing my newborn for only 3 hours a week and made me move out of my home forcing me to be homeless and apply for foodstamps, leaving dad home alone with his first child forcing him to take time off work because we couldn't find a sitter that we trust with our newborn. They told Dad "either choose her or the baby". They gave him an ultimatum and told him he couldn't have both. Now we're behind on bills,rent, groceries and gas to get to work and constant anxiety from these workers breathing down our necks, showing up to our house knocking on the door whenever they please, and constantly questioning us about everything we do. It's like they are setting us up for failure. This is torture ! My biggest disappointment through all of this is I really was looking forward to breastfeeding my child but because of them kicking me out of my home, not letting me see him longer than 3 hours a week and stressing me out to the max, I am unable to produce anymore milk.#heartbrokenREPORT COMMENTS
