CPS Abuse of Power in Abilene Texas
The citizens of Abilene Texas urgently and desperately need the help of our government officials to return children back to their parents. Even the constable here in Taylor county could not believe all the CPS summons he had delivered in one day . CPS is targeting poor families with special needs children the most vulnerable. These are good parents but can’t afford legal representation and the court appointed lawyers do not do anything to help their clients, They won’t even return phone calls. My grandkids were removed from my son and his wife wrongfully and they have papers to prove it. In these papers the CPS caseworker, Megan Rucker admits in writing she drug tested the parents 18 days too early. The day she removed my grandkids she swabbed the parents to test for drugs and the results came back negative yet they still haven’t returned my precious babies back to the parents. My grandson is special needs and he doesn’t like small changes in his life or his daily routine, so you can imagine what this is doing to him . After a supervised visit they had to pry him away from his mother and he cried and screamed from the time he was taken from his mother’s arms which was 6pm til he fell asleep around midnight. Cried his self to sleep him and his baby sister . Please help us please restore my faith in our government. You are our last hope. We only have $400.00 to put down on an attorney to present us and no one will take the case without at least $3500 down. I don’t have to remind you how expensive things are now and how hard that would be even if the economy was good how can we afford a lawyer and make sure we have a home with utilities on for the kids to come home to? A poor family doesn’t stand a chance that is an unfair disadvantage, in laws that are supposed to protect us or not. And the one suffering are the children who were innocent and have done nothing wrong. Please help these children get back home where they belong I beg of you. We are at your mercy please please please I cannot stress this enough, please don’t let another child be a victim from CPS corruption thank you for taking the time to read this.
