Continue Funding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
I am extremely concerned that the federal government is anticipating Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) funding to end. This is a program so many Americans have relied on to afford Internet which has truly become a necessity in today’s digital age.
Without funding, children risk falling behind in school, individuals who require Internet for work could lose their jobs, and the social inequality gap will continue to rise.
The ACP has been critical to millions of Americans. I need the government to re-fund or replace it so we can keep this monthly Internet credit to ensure we continue to stay connected.
