Investigate the death of Abdulrahman Anwar Alawlaki
On Friday 14 Oct 2011 a US drone strike in the nation of Yemen killed a sixteen year old US citizen Abdulrahman Anwar Alawlaki son of suspected terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki who was also killed a week before. We the People demand an investigation into why a sixteen year old American citizen was killed by his own government.

May I remind you that our Fifth Amendment states:
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Where was this young mans trial? Was he the target? If this was an accident then why wont anyone talk about it? Please investigate this as it is of great concern to the nation and to all who have signed this petition.

This is a stain on American dignity. Please do not let this young man's death be in vain. Thank you.
This murder is an atrocity. Terrorism is terrorism no matter who commits it. What have we become?
A classic case of the fox watching the hen house. All politics are local. Take back your voice and your representation.
If I was responsible for murder I would be charged, no less investigated. How is our government and more importantly president immune to the laws of nature and decency that the rest of us must follow?
Drones are illegal under International Law. Stop using them for targeted assassination and ancillary murder ("collateral damage').
Due process for All People
A injury to one is a injury to all.
