Investigate the death of Abdulrahman Anwar Alawlaki

16 year old US citizen Abdulrahman Anwar Alawlaki was killed on Friday 14 Oct 2011 by a US drone strike in Yemen, and We the People would like to know why.

On Friday 14 Oct 2011 a US drone strike in the nation of Yemen killed a sixteen year old US citizen Abdulrahman Anwar Alawlaki son of suspected terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki who was also killed a week before. We the People demand an investigation into why a sixteen year old American citizen was killed by his own government.

May I remind you that our Fifth Amendment states:

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Where was this young mans trial? Was he the target? If this was an accident then why wont anyone talk about it? Please investigate this as it is of great concern to the nation and to all who have signed this petition.
