BROKEN TRUST
On behalf of millions of my fellow Americans who are becoming increasingly pessimistic about the ability of our United states congress to manage our Social Security retirement dollars. This pessimism is based on multiple years of history revealing trillions of dollars of our overpayments being spent on something other than intended by the 535 members of congress.
Then you replaced the two trillion dollars dollars of pilfering by replacing the spent dollars with a new debt instrument known as a Special Obligation Bond or SOB. Then as a final insult those SOBs are listed on the Social Security trust fund balance sheet as an asset.
Bottom line, your actions do not reflect your words, and I'm on American who is no longer willing to trust you, and your fellow members of congress. Therefore I am supporting a movement that initally lowers the SS tax rate for 10s of millions of working Americans from $12.40 per $100 to $4.16 per $100, and brings our retirement dollars back to main street America.
