Defund and disband the EPA

57 Letters Sent So Far

In his State of the Union Address, February 12, 2013 President Obama said the following " I urge this Congress to pursue a bipartisan, market-based solution to climate change, like the one John McCain and Joe Lieberman worked on together a few years ago. But if Congress wont act soon to protect future generations, I will. I will direct my Cabinet to come up with executive actions we can take, now and in the future, to reduce pollution, prepare our communities for the consequences of climate change, and speed the transition to more sustainable sources of energy."

Based on the President's history with executive orders he will most likely execute this order. We the People urge you, Congress, to take a stand against the President and stop the funding of and disband the Environmental Protection Agency so that the President's Executive Order will be voided.

Woe to the states that drink from the Colorado River. The EPA must disband and compensate every victim of their "accidental wastewater dump."
EPA. Colorado. Incompetent..... Nothing more need be said.
The animas river is more acidic than coffee now thanks to the Incompetence of the EPA thanks for failing to do your job !
While environmental regulations are necessary, to a degree, the EPA has been hijacked by environmentalist groups, bent on implementing ineffective, burdensome and costly policies based on shoddy evidence.

The agency's powers need to be limited.
The EPA, much like OSHA, MSHA, and the DOT have way too much power. There are no checks and balances within their respective areas of commerce and infrastructure.
They tend to make every mouse into an elephant, and I see it as a pretty large sinkhole of money.
