Please oppose the 3012 immigration Bill
The bill proposal would eliminate the per-country caps on visas issued to highly skilled workers, essentially allowing more well-educated people from India and China to work in the United States. Currently each country can claim only 7 percent of the 140,000 work visas issued annually. The bill also would boost the cap from 7 percent to 15 percent on family visas.

Immigrants from India are NOT as qualified as they claim to be and the majority are sponsored by their Indian companies. Yet, the greatest majority of them do not work in these companies after they get green cards. Therefore this looks like an instrument for obtaining permanent residence. These companies are "IT consultant" ones and all they do
seems is to help (for payment) immigrate to the USA. This is a clear immigration shame and abuse of the US immigration system. In order to met legal requirements for the CIS many submit fake degrees and falsified work experience.

Senators, please vote NO to this bill.

It seems that some Indian "IT consulting companies are created solely for the purpose of filing fraudulent labor-based petitions for foreign workers. They collect from their fellow countrymen money in application fees for their fraudulent labor-based petitions. Criminals in India produce fake degrees and certificates in order to be used in the USA as "prof" of education and experience and as primary documents for their fraudulent employment-based applications.

Does the USA need this? What is needs is to investigate ALL approved EB3 and EB2 visa petitions sponsored by Indian IT companies. All immigrants who obtained fraudulent visas should be deported.

This bill would be fair only by the Indians and Chinese. They are trying to block the row and get their oppertunity quickly.
This bill is only fair by the Indian and the Chinese.they are trying to block the row and get the flow for themselves only.
this bill is RACIST and only helps the INDIANS AND CHINESE. VOTE NO!! PLEASE!!!!
This bill is giving 90% of the green cards to India and China. There are many work visa frauds related to certain countries. IF HR3012 passes, it is to encourage those system abusers/cheaters/fakers to come to USA to steal more jobs from Americans.
The person who wrote this petition obviously does NOT understand the bill or the law. There is a whole category of visas (called diversity visa) that is available to maintain the diversity of immigrants in the United States. Employers dont need diversity. They need good, productive employees. Yes, it is "partially" true that there are Indian companies that higher a lot of Indian employees, but it does not mean that you can label every Indian applicant as "not high skilled".
Its one thing to argue with logic, another to create a petition that is based purely on false and racist statements.
If per country cap is removed, people who are not from India and China will suffer the most. There will be overflow of immigration and this will also trigger family based immigration in the future. This will definitely impact the unemployment problem in coming years. There are very less applicants from other small countries and they also have to wait in line for years due to the overflow created by Indian and Chinese applicants. If there is no limit, then issues of the rest of the world (except India and China) will not be taken care of. It is not really fair to create problem for rest of the world by trying to remove per country cap for India and China. After all how is this bill helping American?
Senators, please vote NO to this bill.
PLEASE DO NOT PASS THIS BILL
This is a very unfair bill, that will disproportionately help the Indian and Chinese nationals at the expense of people from the rest of the world. It has no positive economic impact for the US and removes diversity from the workforce. Many of the Indian applications are questionable. Vote NO
Please do not pass this bill.
