Coronavirus Stimulus 116TH Congress S3548 Emergency Proposal: Relief for individuals, familes, and businesses Introduced by Mr. McConnell (for himself, Mr. Alexander, Mr. Crapo, Mr. Grassley, Mr. Rubio, Mr. Shelby, Mr. Wicker). Purpose: To provide immediate emergency assistance and healthcare response for individuals, families and businesses affected by the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic. Millions of Americans workers are temporary , permanently unemployed and/or receiving unpaid time off due to ongoing Pandemic closures and shutdowns across the country. In order to stimulate economy and avoid defaults of mortgages, loans, lease agreements this temporary relief for individuals, families and business shall pass through both houses of Congress no later than end of Congressional workday 25TH DAY OF MARCH YEAR OF 2020. DIVISION B: RELIEF FOR INDIVUALS, FAMILES, AND BUSINESSES SEC. 2101.2020 Recovery Rebates and Individuals. (a) IN GENERAL- Subchapter B of Chapter 65 of subtitle F of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by inserting after section 6427 the following new section: “SEC. 6428.2020 RECOVERY AND REBATES FOR INDIVUALS” We the people of the United States petition for Emergency passage of Coronavirus “Phase Three” proposal to include rebates of $1200 for most individuals who reported less than $75,000 on their 2018 tax returns, or $2400 per couple who filed their taxes jointly and made less than $150,000. Also included would be $500 added to every dependent child, Low income Americans with at least $2,500 qualified income, but who do not earn enough money to pay income tax, get a smaller benefit of $600, or $1200 for couples. This recovery and rebate for individuals “shall” pass through Phase Three Emergency relief no later than end of Congressional day Wednesday March, 25, 2020.
