Healthcare Crisis/Nursing Shortage

The New York times article "Nursing Is in Crisis" states "when hospitals are understaffed people die," the article further states our nation's hospitals are reaching the breaking point. Mr. Hoyer, may I dare say our hospitals have reached that breaking point. There are job vacancies in abundance however, there are just not enough nurses and healthcare providers to meet the demand. I again petition that an emergency Act be put in place for the temporary placement of foreign nurses. Thank you
