Grandma fighting cps workers

Need help trying get my 2 little grandkids out of foster care since last July cps workers has lie ND from the beginning I don't know what to do but I will not stand by ND let them keep my grandkids in foster care I will fight until I get them out and I know am not the only person that cps workers in state wv has done this to so please help me
