Kane County Sheriff...Cook County Kim Field Office..Rolling Meadows illinois..Kane County Chief Justice...President FOP lodge 7...President Kevin Graham 3/19/2019 he sent a email.i informed. him that i was trying to make.a.complaint about Elgin P.D. because they would not let me make a complaint..when my daughter and myself came to the police station...they kept giving us the run around..my daughter has a disability. i was trying to let them know that Kyler Ivy raped my daughter and Elgin has a Police report that is on file..my daughter was under age and Elgin never charged him. and when we had the DNA done by detective Loucoski..he destroyed it.....so now they trying to deny my daughter and my rights, because the report was made by me when she became.pregnant as a minor and Kyler was an adult....sad but true...
