Woman should have to register for the Selective Service Draft

Please amend the Military Selective Service Act (MSSA) and Selective Service System (SSS) in the NDAA 2020 bill to include women who must register for the Draft.

A Federal Judge in Texas has ruled the Selective Service is unconstitutional because men only are required to register for the draft and not woman, who are now allowed in combat roles as seen the USA Today Feb 24, 2019 article below. The Pentagon has supported including women in the draft as shown in the USA Today Jan 23, 2019 article below. A commission currently studying the topic has not stated or given any indication whether women should register for the Selective Service. However, the commission does not need to speak on the issue as it is settled already in the population who feel it is time for both genders to have the ability to be drafted. Let's say this, many women have bravely serviced this country for generations in one capacity or another with some giving their lives during their service. There is no reason why women should not register as documented in the case decision, which can be read below.

Please amend the Military Selective Service Act (MSSA) and Selective Service System (SSS) in the NDAA 2020 bill to include women who must register for the Draft using the current guidelines as men.
