For Judicial Review, The following Petition will be circulated for comment and signing: We the People; Wednesday, March 25, 2009 The things we hold true, that all people are born free and with certain inalienable rights as free citizens; as guaranteed by the Constitution of the laws of the United States. Most valued and strived for are the laws endowed herein that equal and fair treatment being one of them shall be the supreme law of the land, although it has struggled and obtained such barriers that so entitle what it means to be free in this country. We assert these laws as a guide to a nation and it is founding on such percept that it shall forever remain and stay true that all are equal. We the people are deprived these rights and bring forth such petition for review that we might assert these truths and regain our rights that have been taken away from us. Although we are free by nature, our rights remain far from us. Our children have been sold into servitude along with us, the parents, many of us woman who have been torn from our infants for no other reason except that there be a market for them to be sold for profit. We who among us have the misfortune of having trusted in a system, or some of us are strong willed and able bodied persons, our lives are become tattered, our relationships broken up and our homes scattered or uncertain of prospects, and thrown away forever with the help of a corrupt, unfair and cruel system. Such is the Lancaster Juvenile Family Court, of Los Angeles, CA. with the help of the Department of Children and Family Services, Who have waived and disregarded the rights of the people. With out having that right, although it takes what we would not allow if the choice was freely given and does so with great power equal to a tyrant under the false pretense of protecting the family or the children which in fact it defrauds and further divides and delivers into oppression with out mercy and with out just cause. Agents acting for the states in our own benefit is the cause while depriving us of our children and our lively hood, which is to raise up and care for our own children that we may be acceptable that we might bare up to God being that he is perfect, and dying on the cross for us that we be made equal at his cost and put all else under his foot stool. Our lives are brought forth to be paid for, forgiven at once by his own blood he paid for us to be not in captivity but to raise our own children and bring forth in to all generations. For it is the will of God that it is done so on earth, that he may reign in heaven. That it should so be on earth as it is in heaven, under his rule. For he knows the sole and the heart of a man who better to judge men? He hears the cries of the little ones he gives them much affection. It is the cause of the Department of Children and Family Services. Do they deny God? Jesus dying on the cross for us had so loved the children that the children should suffer unto him and forbid them not. That should any man so as to offer a child who is thirsty that he might so give him a drink of water, but he who so much as gives one of these little ones who be thirsty a drink and he shall be guaranteed a place in heaven. Is it not for that we be forgiven this and that all are delivered before one God who knows us all. Only he is judge in his glory. Why have the courts declared such that it is for the Department of Children and Family Service that we should be reconciled or brought low. They deprive us of our children, what greater a love in ones heart than the child it swoons from the start, to grow up with out that love is not natures intent and to suffer such a lose at the hands of a man, should it not be accounted for finally. A grief with which we must live a fraudulent life for the finding that result after. The result, has been, our own Children freely given, to an unforgiving and heartless system. The very persons who are supposed to protect have harmed, and how can this not be proven or how has it been proven. A system has been used, for the profit of the citizen, such as to destroy family and take children from poor , or uneducated in the legal system , usually mothers who are receiving public assisted payments and usually end up worse off with out her children. The government who cannot care for them or are unwilling to care for them so they use the taxpayer?s money to find homes for these children and pay larger amount than that which was given to the mother on welfare with her children takes the children. Who stands to benefit? At the cost of very little, the mother can provide for her children so long as there is an acceptable place to reside in. I know of no shelters in the Antelope Valley that will house woman with their children. There is currently no shelter for these ?abused ? children and they often are mistreated and wounded for life in foster homes. The parents have no way of protecting or knowing what is happening to them. Assured only of one thing that you must do as they say if you want to have you?re own children, and certainly the entire time away they remain victims and are punished. For only trusting that the system would have to seek justice, that it will help. However, it will refuse you by taking you?re children and justice may never come by way of these services, to you or the children who are victims? We the people who have fallen victim and wish to be made whole at last and at the signing of this petition. That our children and those who should so rightly belong to us should be brought before the court and asked if a crime has not been committed and if not than to return to the child to his parents and to the parents the child and no more deprive the mother if she truly have affection.
